Facilities, accommodation and staff were top notch. The staff are well-trained and very welcoming. I would call it the “Working Man’s Four Seasons” for that reason. The kitchenette was very handy. It was fully kitted out with glasses, silverware and plates. Pool area was exceptionally clean, if not a tad on the small side. A gripe at other hotels has been poor quality pool towels the size of a hand towel. Not here….generously sized and soft. Breakfast area was impeccably clean and overseen by a friendly hostess. Good selection as well. Would not hesitate recommending or staying here again.

It was very clean, good location, very quiet and loved that it was pet friendly.

I "loved" the people at the front desk, especially Theo. Everyone was warm, friendly, and hospitable. The cleanliness of our room (1215) was absolutely perfect!

The breakfast was very delicious which included hot and cold selections eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, baked goods, cereal, juice, coffee. There was a waffle maker too. The location was perfect close to the train.

Came from Michigan to see the Lions/Bears game at Soldier Field. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the stadium. Our room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good. More choices than expected. Very happy with our stay! 5 Star!!
